Ingredients

Choux Pastry Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup water
2 large eggs lightly beaten
Egg Wash Glaze:
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
4 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate cut into small pieces
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Filling:
Vanilla ice cream
